Wholesale Terms & Conditions:
- ORDERS: Wholesale orders must be over $100.00 ex-GST.
Place orders online at www.shop.iamfoods.com.au or email orders to email@example.com.
- DELIVERY: Orders over $250 receive free delivery to Perth Metro, otherwise a delivery fee of $7.00/20kg applies (Metro deliveries only).
Delivery costs to areas outside Perth Metro will be calculated when ordering online, or quoted separately if required.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days, once payment has been received/remitted for your order.
Please allow enough time for stock to arrive.
If it is an urgent order, please let us know at the time of order and we may be able to provide a priority delivery.
- PAYMENT: Payment is required prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Title does not pass until goods are paid for.
- CLAIMS: All claims are to be made within 2 days of receiving and goods must be stored appropriately during this period.
- DISCLAIMER: I AM Foods will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of any ingredients supplied.
Please ensure ingredients are correct for your intended use and of desired quality. We advise sampling if unsure.
Where you are not happy with the items received, please notify us in writing within two (2) business days to make a valid claim.
You may return any items you have received where we have made an error with your order (incorrect or defective item). We will pay for the return in this case.
There is no returns allowed where you change your mind, so please ensure your order is correct.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of receiving your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to customs regulations. Please ensure you are able to receive our foods into your country before placing an order online.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
